Our Women's Self Defense Workshop is going to be held on Friday Sept. 30 from 6:30 to 8:30 and on Saturday October 1st from 9 to 11 am.

We will be covering basic striking methods and how to effectively deal with certain self protection scenarios. This workshop is informative, fast-paced and fun! Please call 941.343.3688 to reserve a spot.

Class size is limited to 20 participants. Cost is $35 and $30 for additional family members.
